This transceiver can be seen as the sucessor of the famous SE-20. Several version for 70cm, 2m and 4m have been produced.
You will need the IPP-140 software and suitable cable, in order to programm the radio. I have also been told that everything can be programmed from the front panel, but I don’t know how, I have the service manual, but not the operating / programming guide.
The IPP-140 software only run on 286 or 386 computers. You must also install the ANSI.sys DOS Driver, or the PC screen will be quite esoteric!
